Operation (site) manager
Due to recent expansion, a high-end residential construction company based in Teddington is looking for project/operations manager. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career!
Salary: DOE
Location: on project site (London, Home Counties)
About the role:
Manage and guide the construction to complete it in time and budget with the highest standards
Proven track record working in the high-end residential sector
Prepare overview reports for HS&E, quality, process, performance
Ensure the HS&E policies are upheld all the time
Communicate with senior management, partners and clients
Program and schedule the work of employees and subcontractors to ensure everybody is fully aware of processes and meets deadlines
Liaise with authorities and inspectors for full compliance with regulations
Participate in the planning and budgeting of the projects
People skills
Highly organised
Experience with full project lifecycle
Strong IT and reporting skills
Handyman

Have basic experience in plumbing, joinery and electrical work
Excellent time management skills
Ability to juggle a busy workload
Cleaning, painting and general maintenance
Site visits to carry out repairs as required
An enthusiastic team player
Motivated self-starter
Thorough, methodical approach
Highly professional, positive attitude
Have good communication skills
Full UK driving license
